Hotel Etico

Hotel Etico is a multi-award winning not for profit social enterprise training and employing young people with disability and partnering with the tourism and hospitality industry to make it more inclusive. Find out more about Hotel Etico here.
Young people with disability join a unique residential training and employment program for 12 months. After gaining skills in hospitality and valuable life skills, they graduate from the program and are supported to secure employment in the tourism and hospitality industry.
To date Hotel Etico has already worked with 56 young adults with disability. 95% have graduated and 82% of the graduates have secured ongoing industry employment.
