From Sydney (Approximately 3 hours)
Travelling from Sydney via the M31 Hume Highway, continue onto the Federal Highway towards Canberra. Follow the Federal Highway until it becomes Northbourne Avenue. Turn right onto MacArthur Avenue and continue towards the Australian War Memorial. Turn left onto Limestone Avenue and Mercure Canberra will be on your left, on the corner of Limestone Avenue and Ainslie Avenue.
Guest parking is accessible via Batman Street, located behind the hotel. You will need to check-in first at the hotel reception (front of the hotel) to gain access.
From Melbourne (Approximately 7 hours)
Follow the M31 Hume Highway towards Canberra and take the barton Highway or the Federal Highway approach depending on your route. Follow signs to Canberra City and the Australian War Memorial. Continue onto Limestone Avenue where Mercure Canberra is prominently located on the corner of Limestone Avenue and Ainslie Avenue.
From Canberra Airport
Canberra Airport is approximately 6 kilometres from Mercure Canberra.
Follow Pialligo Avenue west from the airport towards the city, and then turn right on to Fairbairn Ave. Follow Fairbairn Ave for 4.3km. At the Australian War Memorial, take the second roundabout exit onto Limestone Ave, follow for 1km and you will see Mercure Canberra on your left hand side.
Taxi or rideshare are available to and from the Airport, and public transport is also available with regular bus shuttle operating. Car rental companies operate at the airport with city offices as well.
